- Custom or final sale items are not eligible unless defective.

- Receive a Prepaid Label: For eligible returns, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- Ship Your Item: Package the product securely and use the provided label to send it back.
3. Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
4. Exchanges
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll process the exchange and ship your new product at no additional cost.
- If the desired item is out of stock, we’ll issue a refund instead.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
- If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
